Eshelman Road Refresh

Keeping the Charm, Elevating the Details

This Eshelman Road refresh was all about honoring what made the home special from the start, its character and charm, while layering in intentional finishes and updated details throughout. Working across the foyer, staircase, dining room, powder room, living room, and bedrooms, we approached the project with a light touch: mostly decor, furniture, paint, wallpaper, window treatments, and hardware, rather than major structural change.

The goal was to create a home that feels warm, modern, and easy to live in, without losing the personality that made it worth refreshing in the first place. Bold wallpaper, thoughtful art, and an easy, cohesive color palette carry that balance from room to room.

The foyer and staircase set an intentional first impression, refreshed with an easy, warm palette and updated finishing touches that welcome you in without overwhelming the home's original character. It's a space that now feels considered from the very first step inside.

In the dining room, bold wallpaper takes center stage, adding personality and depth while new window treatments and hardware finishes bring a more polished, transitional feel. The powder room received the same intentional touch, a small space transformed with confident pattern and finishes that punch above their size.

The living room refresh leans into warm modern comfort, with updated furniture, paint, and styling that make the space feel both current and inviting. That same easy sensibility carries into the bedrooms, refreshed with a calming palette and layered textures for spaces that feel restful and refined.

Thoughtful art and styling tie the whole home together, the kind of finishing details that make a refresh feel complete rather than piecemeal, while still letting the home's original charm shine through.
